Sponsor Proposal for BMCC Big Events in 2017

Attached is information for any prospective sponsors that would like to be involved in any of our three big events this year - the Harrisville TT, the Queensland Classic and EVO MX Titles and Motofest. All three events form part of the Triple Crown of Vintage Motocross.

​SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL

The Brisbane Motorcycle Club is promoting three major events for the Queensland Classic Motocross 2017 season. See attached brochures.

1.  THE HARRISVILLE T-T,  April 29 and 30,   is the inaugural signature event for the club and will become an annual feature. It is a departure from the standard format, with a unique format utilising three different tracks at the one venue where all riders will compete on all three tracks. This is creating a lot of interest and will become a fixture on the calendar into the future.
2.  THE QUEENSLAND CLASSIC AND EVOLUTION CHAMPIONSHIP May 27 and 28 at Harrisville.
The Brisbane MCC has a long and successful record of running major Classic events having hosted six Australian Championships and many Queensland Championships.
3.  MOTOFEST July 15 and 16. This is a multi motorcycle sport event hosted by Motorcycling Queensland at Queensland Moto Park including Classic Motocross, Modern Stadium Cross, Enduro etc. It includes the normal park activities plus novelty events, rides for kids, show and shine, and much more. The Brisbane Motorcycle Club is running the Classic Motocross section on a new track.
THE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ARE:-
TIER 1 

• Naming rights to one of the events (Qld C’ship already taken). This puts your business on a revamped poster which goes out to Instagram, websites, forums, Facebook, and print posters in shopping centres, cafes, etc.
• Your business is shown on the program cover as sponsor of the event.
• You are allocated a prominent place at the venue for a display of your product or service
• Your signage can be displayed prominently on the spectator fence at Harrisville for 12 months      
  Cost is $2500. If you are interested in a different arrangement to suit your particular business, please don’t           
  hesitate to negotiate.

TIER 2  

• Your logo within the program and on the back page
• An allocated space for display of your product or service
• Your signage on the spectator fence at Harrisville for three months
  Cost is $500

TIER 3   

• Naming of a race within the program with your logo, and your logo on the back cover of the program
   Cost is $200

Please note:

• All sponsors are listed on the Brisbane MCC website for 12 months, and on Facebook.
• The vast majority of Classic riders also have modern road and trail or endure bikes. They all
  have vans or tow vehicles and trailers. Most of them camp at the venues, and most have their families with kids bikes etc. So the potential sponsors target market is much wider than just old bike racers.
