The 2020 MOMS has been updated to include an additional Classic VMX class - 4 Stroke EVO.
This means that riders will have the opportunity to vie for the State and National Titles in these classes.
Click here to Harrisville TT 2019Not Cancelled - just postponed.Unfortunately due to the on-going water issues at Harrisville, your club has decided it would be best to postpone the TT until later in the year. Although the recent rains have helped fill the dams, considering the upcoming State Championships and National Championships, the committee are erring on the side of caution so that there should not be any impact on the smooth running of these race events.
However, the good news is, in place of the Sunday TT Race on the 7th April, we are going to run the first practice for the year at Harrisville.
This will be a great opportunity to get race ready for the State VMX Championships.
The committee, would like to sincerely apologise for the disrupted race season thus far and will be doing everything to ensure the remainder of the 2019 season will be a great success.
Regrettably, the next practice day, scheduled for March 10th has had to be cancelled due to restricted water issues at Harrisville. That date was also a 'Noise Free' date at Nudgee, so the date and venue have been changed to the 17th March at Nudgee.
We hope to see all members there.
To join Brisbane Motorcycle Club in 2019, it has been made somewhat more complicated thanks to the demands of Motorcycling Queensland. To join a club and pay fees, you must go to Ridernet (just google it). Once you have joined a club, hopefully BMCC you are then eligible to purchase a competition licence, by also using Ridernet.
The attached application form will be of assistance to our club committee for your medical information and details of next of kin and addresses for mail outs and newsletters. Thanks and sorry for the added complexity.
There has been a date change for this event to the 7th and 8th July.
Please also be aware that the scheduled Vinduro to be held at Peak's Crossing has been moved a week earlier to the 3oth June and 1st July weekend.
2018 Club memberships are now open. The great news is membership fees have not increased. Single membership is $60 and a Family Membership is $100.
This year there are two remote methods to join up.
You will need to complete the Membership Application Form. This form includes your bike details and most importantly Membership Medical History details. The club hopes this part will never be necessary, but should it be needed is of paramount importance to the aid workers that are doing their utmost to care for you.
You can also use Direct Deposit. With a bank transfer, please ensure you include your first initial, surname and MEMB in the detail section so that your payment can be identified.
